Returns & Refunds Policy

At Secretgreen.com.au, we’re committed to customer satisfaction. We offer fair return and refund policies for customers who change their mind or receive faulty products. This policy applies only to products purchased directly from our website and fulfilled by Secretgreen.

We sell household essentials and DIY tools designed for daily use. Our returns process complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


1. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, defective, or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@secretgreen.com.au. Proof of the defect (photos or video) may be required to process your request.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns

You can return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including original shipping fees. Return shipping is free for eligible orders within Australia.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Items must be returned in original, unused, and resalable condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of order delivery.

To request a return, email support@secretgreen.com.au. Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Opened consumable products (e.g., cleaning supplies)
  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, pressurized aerosols)
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

4. International Orders

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for international orders (outside Australia). If your item is faulty, please contact us and we will assist you.

5. Customer Privacy

If returning smart or electronic devices, please:

  • Erase all personal data
  • Log out of all apps and accounts

Secretgreen is not responsible for any data left on returned devices.

6. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and approved. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
